On page 267 when we see her families picture, it gave me a real prospective on this story. When I normally read books, i dont always comprehend that they are real at first, I just imagine the characters in my head. When I came across this page,and saw those photographs of the people holding their signs, I realized how all of those traumatizing stories were real, and it happened to them. I connected with the character more, and the hardships they went through, and I could put a face on the character I had imagined in my head.
